Sceniq's onsite team, CD Civil, have been busy heading toward completion of the first 48 homesites in Stages 1 and 2 … and it is looking SPECTACULAR!

✔ Stage 1 & 2 Earthworks 95% complete!
✔ Stage 1 Sewer works 90% complete
✔ Stage 1 stormwater 90% complete
✔ Stage 1 road subgrade ongoing (sub-base then asphalt sealing to follow)
✔ Electrical road crossings on Walmsleys Road commenced
✔ Stage 1 electrical & NBN to follow
✔ Walmsleys Road retaining wall slab is complete, and block work now underway with completion this week
✔ Topsoil placement to lot footprints ongoing.

Stage 1 - 30 homesites on track to be completed December 2024.

Stage 2 - 18 homesites slightly ahead of schedule and expected to be completed very soon after Stage 1.

Once civil works are complete, we will start to get ready for handover to the lucky new owners.

This is a very exciting time for the Sceniq community!
