Construction Progresses on Land for Sale in the Tweed

It’s always truly exciting to head to site and watch this long-awaited, new community start to take shape at Bilambil Heights. Every visit highlights something new, and the views toward the Gold Coast across the Terranora Broadwater never get old.

With the weather playing nicely (mostly) and the civil team working hard on bulk earthworks, the first homesites, as well as Sceniq Park, are on track to be delivered by the end of this year, ready for you to settle and commence building your dream home early next year.

Update from onsite civil team

Local civil contractor, CD Civil (responsible for delivering many local Tweed projects such as nearby Scenic Ridge, Altitude at Terranora and the Tweed Valley Hospital), provided us a progress update on the first 30 residential homesites, where works include all utilities and road / civil infrastructure as well as Sceniq Park and upgraded entry from Walmsleys Road.

Despite recent rain, CD Civil advised works are tracking well on site at Sceniq and (as at early May 2024) include:

Initial site clearing, completed late 2023
Erosion & sediment control works
Topsoil stripping work is ongoing
Cut and fill works commenced & ongoing (approx 15% progress) with earthworks to temporary water mains footprint ongoing early May.

As noted above, the site works are on schedule for completion of all new residential lots in Stage 1 of Sceniq toward the end of 2024.
